09/27/12 San Jose PRIDE National Gay Men’s HIV Awareness Day Events Album slideshow. Proudly, Brix Night Club and Splash Video Dance Bar participated in the Santa Clara County STD & HIV Prevention and Control Program collaborated events in support and for awareness along with Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI), Project 4PLAY and n2men.org. Thank you everyone who participated and to the photographers Kat FitzGerald Art, Nic Caleb, and Sandeep Gill.
Celebrate San Jose PRIDE and visit the a Health Pavilion sponsored by Kaiser Permantente, the Health Trust, and the Santa Clara County Health Department; Have a drink at the Water Bar (no artificial sweeteners or colors), learn about healthy foods and better choices, health screening are available, HIV/AIDS testing and prevention awareness, and Breathe California is sponsoring a smoke free 2012 festival.

Its the 2nd Annual LGBTQA “Equality for Everyone” Night at the San Jose Giants August 11, 2012 at 5:00PM. Tickets can be purchased at http://www.sanjosepride.com or through San Jose Pride board members for only $5. Proceeds will go back to the 37th Annual San Jose Pride Festival on August 18 & 19. Molly O’Neal will be throwing the first pitch along with raffle prizes given away throughout the game. This is a family friendly event where our community can grow and enjoy each other’s company. The Billy DeFrank LGBTQ Community Center participated in the 2012 San Jose 4th of July Rose, White and Blue Parade and Festival and San Jose PRIDE CFO & Publicist Eydie Mendoza marched along with BDF staff and volunteers.
